Ticketing Workflow & Status Tracking

Work requests and observations can be converted into structured tickets so nothing falls through the cracks. Tickets are tracked with clear notes, photos, and outcomes.

  1. Request intake (email/text/portal) and ticket number assignment
  2. Scheduling window confirmation and site access coordination
  3. On-site documentation (photos + notes) and completion details
  4. Disposition: Completed / Deferred / Refer-out
  5. Closeout posted within 24 hours after completion (or after client-confirmed vendor completion)

Beyond basic presentation, Site Shield adds a repeatable walkthrough and reporting program that creates a time-stamped photo log and an issue register your team can act on.

  • Relationship-appropriate walkthrough cadence (tailored by site size, hot spots, and seasonality)
  • Issue register with unique IDs and status tracking (Open / In Progress / Closed)
  • Lane routing recommendations: (A) porter correction, (B) incident ticket candidate, (C) refer-out
  • Close-out proof (photos and notes) when items are resolved
  • Optional weekly snapshots and board-ready monthly packets

General Maintenance & Landscape Maintenance

When a need arises, when identified through Site Shield walkthroughs or during porter work, or on a continuing basis, we can handle it as a discrete, pre-approved service ticket.
